As Smile-powered Orders & Customer Service Manager, Bianca is at the heart of our organisation every day. In a sector where no two seasons are the same and no two days are predictable, she feels completely at home.

No two days are the same

What appeals to Bianca in her job and in our sector? The constant variety. Every season brings new challenges and new opportunities. She tackles them with complete conviction. She grew up in the sector and quickly realised that this is where she feels most at home. Here, she can continue to grow and contribute to the FlorAmor story.

Dynamism and customer contact

Her working day is mainly characterised by daily contact with customers. Finding solutions, switching gears where necessary and responding flexibly to whatever the day brings. Every day is different, and that is precisely what makes her job so exciting. You never know what to expect, and it is precisely that dynamism that gives her energy.

Memorable moments

Spring is always a special time for Bianca at FlorAmor. Every spring is different and brings its own rhythm and challenges. She also remembers the visits to trade fairs. There you can see what is happening in the market, what new products are coming and, above all, you meet customers face to face again.

She also remembers the coronavirus period vividly. It was an intense and exciting time, but one that FlorAmor weathered together.

Continuing to grow

Bianca looks ahead with the same drive. She wants to help make FlorAmor even stronger in the market and believes it is important to continue to grow and learn, both professionally and privately.

Energy outside of work

Outside of work, Bianca finds her energy mainly in nature. Her weekly run helps her clear her head after a busy day at work. Beautiful mornings with sunshine and pleasant temperatures give her day a good start. At the weekend, she enjoys long walks in nature.

She also regularly helps out in her parents' flower shop, which gives her extra energy. And coming home and seeing her five-month-old son Milas gives her an extra boost every day.

Really unwinding

She unwinds in nature and in her parents' conservatory. It sometimes even feels a bit like a holiday there. Away from the hustle and bustle and reconnecting with what has shaped her since childhood.

Surrounded by flowers from an early age

What not everyone knows is that Bianca grew up surrounded by cut flowers from an early age. That's where she developed her passion for plants and animals. That passion has never faded. Today, she combines her love for the sector with her role at FlorAmor and her life as a young mother.

Small things that matter

What makes Bianca happy in the morning, besides a latte macchiato? Hearing satisfied customers and being able to really help them. For her, that is the greatest reward every day.
